Midnight Harry Potter & Turkey Day

Me and my JoyJoy (7yo) left the house at 9:45pm to go to a midnight showing of Harry Potter 7 - The Deathly Hallows part 1 in Kent, WA. There were these crazy kids who were throwing around a ball around the theater which was alot of fun. They decided that they would play games down at the front of the theater. Of course, when they said Duck, Duck, Goose....I was IN!!! Of course I pooped out early...and I wasn't the only one.

Anyway, the movie was awesome and was left with a cliffhanger, like we all knew it would but DAAAAAAAMN!!!!! For being a 2 and a 1/2 hour movie, it really didn't feel like it. Joy, of course, fell asleep before it started. And then slept through the whole movie. At least she was being good.

Then, since someone just had a nap and was wide awake we went to Shari's for dinner/breakfast. These women in the booth behind me were talking about Harry Potter and "They should have put this in it, that should have been longer" and they just went on and on. We should all know by now that books turned into movies are always missing something. You can only put so much of the book into the movie. Everyone had to be a movie clinic. Its a cool movie and that's all I need to know.

Thanksgiving-----
I will not complain or make any snarky remarks about going to my in-laws for T Day. I really, really want to cook something substantial to contribute to dinner. Anyway, I was to go down to Longview and just chill. Make the hubby happy and not complain about his family.

Later,
